Dr. Adv. Sanjay Murari Chaturvedi is a distinguished legal luminary and one of India's foremost authorities on Real Estate Law and Finance. With a career spanning over 35 years, he carries forward a rich legacy of real estate journalism and research. He is the founder of Sanjay Chaturvedi Associates (SCA) and a practicing Lawyer at the High Court, specializing in RERA compliance, Land Revenue matters, and Property Law. Under his leadership, the firm has provided strategic counsel to over 500+ corporate clients and handled thousands of complex property litigations.

Dr. Chaturvedi holds a Ph.D. in Real Estate Finance from the University of Mumbai, making him a rare expert who combines academic depth with practical legal expertise. He is a prolific writer with over 45 published books on Real Estate, RERA, and Housing Laws, many of which serve as reference guides for industry professionals. He is a highly sought-after Academician, serving as Visiting Faculty at prestigious institutions including IIM Ahmedabad, NMIMS, University of Mumbai, and ICAI. His research contributions have been utilized by global and national bodies such as Dow Jones, CRISIL, MMRDA, and CIDCO. Beyond his legal practice, he is the Director of Saptakala Real Estate Academy, where he mentors the next generation of real estate professionals, and has been a pivotal voice in shaping industry standards through his deep involvement in MahaRERA policy discussions and market analysis.

Dr. Adv. Harshul Savla, D.Litt is a Real Estate Developer, a World Record Holder, a TEDx Speaker, and a National Best Selling Author. He is the Managing Partner of Suvidha Lifespaces, which has completed 2 million sq. ft. of development across Mumbai City, and is a 3rd generation real estate development firm. Dr. Harshul has 14 years of Real Estate Sector experience, holding a Ph.D. on REITs in Management from the University of Mumbai, and is pursuing a second Ph.D. on RERA from the Department of Law at Mumbai University. He is an Associate Professor and Ph.D. Guide / Supervisor at ITM University, holds an MBA from JBIMS, an LL.B from Government Law College, and an LL.M in Environmental Studies from the University of Mumbai.

He holds the World Record for "Maximum Books Authored on Real Estate Sector," having authored and published 25 books, most of which are National Amazon Best Sellers. He has been awarded "Young Thought Leader" a record 25 times by organisations including CREDAI, MCHI, CRISIL India, Economic Times, CNBC TV18, and ET Now. Dr. Harshul is the Chairman of Statistics and Research at CREDAI India, Joint Secretary at CREDAI MCHI, and Chairman of the C Suite Committee at CREDAI National Youth Wing.
